Product Terms:
Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which DJ’s Health Mantra Limited makes the products available to you .
Prices:
All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. All Payments are taken strictly with the order.
Availability:
All Deliveries are Subject to availability. Delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. In such instances, we will inform the customer of a tentative delivery date. If the customer agrees to wait for delivery, we will keep the customer updated on the progress of their order. If the goods are not delivered within the agreed timescale, the customer will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund the money paid by you for the goods. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you.
Acceptance:
When you make an order and pay for the goods and delivery, a purchase contract is made between DJ’s Health Mantra Ltd and you. The ownership of the goods and products sold on this site lies to DJ’s Health Mantra Ltd. until the full amount is settled or paid.
DeliveryUK Mainland Delivery:
It can be categorized in 3 different options:
Option 1
Free Delivery We offer free deliveries within UK for all standard online orders. Order is normally despatched within 2-3 working days from date of receipt of order via Royal Mail First Class Post.
Option 2
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery:The charge for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is £5.99. As long as Order is placed before 1.00pm (Monday – Thursday) and the items Ordered are in Stock, it will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery the same day you place your order. Orders received on Friday before 1.00pm will be processed and posted the same day but may not arrive until Monday.
Option 3 : Telephone Orders
If you are not sure as to what to get or need any further advice on any of the products then you can call our mail order on 0800 0431475 (00 44 208 514 4443 )and get your questions answered from one of our well-trained Staff. The expert advice and extraordinary customer service is not at any extra costs.
Overseas Orders
We welcome all our overseas customers and are more than happy to arrange a delivery outside United Kingdom. We have such a good shipping operation that we can get you very low pricing and an excellent service.The following delivery charge will apply to all the overseas orders outside UK.Please Note: Delivery to the International addresses may take up to 7-10 working days from the date we confirm that the order is despatched. In addition to the standard delivery charges listed below, additional delivery charges will apply to the orders that weigh over 2Kg. Order Cancellations:
You may cancel or amend the order by sending an email to Cancellations@healthmantra.co.uk or by calling our customer care on 0208 5144443 but SUBJECT to it has not been processed for despatch. We will confirm back to you if the order has been cancelled. In all cases full refund will be made to the credit / debit card used. You will not be charged any fee to cancel an order that has not been processed by our warehouse. However if the order has been processed and despatched, then you may wish to return the items for a full refund less any carriage incurred (see Returns Policy below).
Shortages, Incorrect or Damaged Goods:
It will be the customer’s responsibility to inform us via email or telephone about any shortages, incorrect and damaged items within 48 hours of receipt.
Once the claim is processed, appropriate Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase or a cheque made payable to the cardholder if the card is no longer valid. In the case of cheque payment a cheque will be issued payable to the original customer.
Returns:
Returns Policy for HEALTH MANTRA is simple and straight forward. We hope to see you happy after every purchase you do with us but for any reason if you want to return the products you have ordered you can return the goods un-opened along with the copy of the Invoice and with the original un-damaged packaging within 14 days of receipt of purchase to the following address:Customer Services

It is your responsibility to return the products to us, we recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail special delivery. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.

Payments:
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Visa Electron, Solo and American Express accept Visa Electron or Solo for purchases on this site. Like any other shop we require full payment for all purchase and Delivery charges before goods can be destached.
Paying by Cheque
We accept company and personal cheques. If you would like to pay by cheque, this will need to be cleared before we goods can be released. This usually takes a minimum of three working days. Please do not send cash or postal orders for mail order purchases. And unlike many other websites and mail orders we don’t charge any extra money for orders prcoessed via cheques.
