Recommended Use
Take 1 serving (2 scoops = 60g) of Maximuscle Promax Diet™ and mix with 300-350ml of water(2/3 pint), preferably in a Maximuscle shaker, replacing 2 meals a day as shown in the Meal Planner below:
Breakfast: Promax Diet shake.
Lunch: Promax Diet shake.
Dinner: A sensible meal may consist of a chicken breast or a can of tuna fish, with 1/2 a baked potato or rice and 1.5 cups of steamed vegetables with as much salad as you like.
Snacking: Enjoy a piece of fruit or a Promax Meal™ bar or Promax Diet bar (maximum 2 a day). Drink at least 8 glasses (approx 2 litres) of water per day to aid in digestion, hydration and fat metabolism.
For maximum results you can combine Promax Diet with Promax Diet Bars.
