The average delivery time for orders delivered in UK is 2-4 working days.
We use a variety of methods to deliver your order.
We welcome our overseas customers and are happy to arrange for delivery to an address outside of the United Kingdom. We send our international orders by International Recorded or other courier services The following delivery charges will apply to delivery of orders to an address outside of the United Kingdom.
The delivery charge for European Countries is £9.99 per order. Weight restrictions apply for the international deliveries. The charge of £9.99 is subject to parcel weight less than 2kg. Heavy items will be charged extra. You will be contacted to pay extra charge before the order is processed. Delivery to addresses outside of the United Kingdom may take from 3-6 days from the date of dispatch.
The delivery charge for all other countries, not part of above mentioned Countries is £47.99 per order. Weight restrictions apply for the international deliveries. The charge of £17.99 is subject to parcel weight less than 2kg. Heavy items will be charged extra. You will be contacted to pay extra charge before the order is processed. Delivery to addresses outside European countries may take from 4-8 days from the date of dispatch.

Please check whether your products are legally permitted in your country before you place an order, Nutrition Maniac will not be responsible in the event the requested products are detained and confiscated by foreign customs.

Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery of your order to a UK address (please see International Delivery for delivery to an address outside of the UK). Where possible we aim to despatch your order from our warehouse within 24 hours (on week days and subject to stock availability). Keeping in mind the number of brands we carry and the amount of products we have, occasionally we are out of stock with particular products. If there is to be any considerable delay in dispatching your order you will be contacted by email to the email address you provided when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if the email address you provided when placing your order is incorrect, if your email is down, or for late delivery due to bank or public holidays.
During the check-out procedure you must specify a legitimate delivery address, and we will arrange for delivery of your order to the address specified by you during the check-out procedure. For security purposes and fraud prevention during the check-out procedure the name and address specified on your first order must be the name and address of the card holder. We cannot be held responsible if your order is cancelled
or delivery of your order delayed due to this information being incorrect. If you require any assistance while placing the order please email us on email@example.com. We aim to reply our emails within 4 hours.

If you do not supply adequate delivery instructions or if delivery is refused, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event we will refund you the price of the products, but an admin charge of £9.99 will be charged and deducted from the amount you paid us and the balance would be refunded back to the same mode of payment we received. If you have any problems with your delivery or the products you have received, you must notify us by sending us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if notification if you contact us after 7 days of the delivery date.
