This method extracts all the herbal goodness in order to help support joints and muscles.
This oil is a warming and stimulating massage oil to relax muscles and support joints – the perfect partner to our Turmeric Active tea and supplement.
Heat up or warm gently in your hands and apply liberally as a massage oil. Allow to absorb into your skin for at least half an hour. Wash off in a warm shower or bath after use if required.
